Plank modules....

Plank is a cross-platform C API for many underlying functioanlity. This inlcudes a random number generator , FFT processing , vector processing and file IO .

Plank is broadly written to the C89 standard in order to be compatible with the MSVC compilers. Plank does make use of inline functions on all platforms by using the appropriate qualifier via a macro if necessary.
